Returns Policy

We are certain you will be wowed by your brand new neon sign, handcrafted by our talented team!

We aim to be as fair as possible, so in the event you are not satisfied with your product we operate the following returns policy.

  • Personalised Products

    Due to the personalised nature of our process, all of our neon signs, including any in our product range, are made to order to ensure that you receive a brand new product to your preferred specification. Once an order has been placed and entered production it is not possible to cancel. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

    If you have any product related questions, we encourage you to contact us prior to ordering to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product choice.

  • Returning an Order

    Receiving your Order

    Should you receive your order in an unsatisfactory condition, please take the necessary photographic evidence and email to us with your order number and date of receipt. You must be able to prove that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.

    Warranty

    All products are subject to our 24 month warranty guarantee. Your warranty period will commence as soon as your order has been recorded as delivered.

    Faulty Products

    Should you encounter any kind of fault within your warranty period, we request photographic and video evidence to be submitted to us by email, along with your order date and order number, so that we can fairly assess your claim.

    Gift Cards
    Neon Now gift cards are not eligible for refund.

  • Returns Process

    Once we have received your photographic evidence, we will confirm the address for you to return the items for our technicians to review. The product must be returned to us well packaged. We do not accept any liability for any courier issues or breakages so we recommend that you insure all packages to the value of the product(s) being returned. If we receive any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error we will contact you for further information.

    When your return is received it will be inspected and tested by our technicians to ensure that the fault is not the result of abuse or misuse.

    We will send a confirmation email to inform you whether your return has been accepted or rejected. If a fault is found, you will be offered a full refund via your original payment method, a replacement neon sign or a gift card to the same value of your original order. If a fault is not found, you have the option for the product to be returned to you.

  • Return Shipping Costs

    If a fault is identified, we will reimburse with the cost incurred to return the item to us. You will be required to provide proof of purchase for the carriage cost.

    If you return an item, a fault is not found and you would like the item to be returned to you, you will be required to cover the cost of the return to you.
