Sure! We do offer a proofing service but please note that it will add time to the production schedule.

If you would like a proof, please select the option in the accessories area of the builder tool and complete your payment.
Once we receive your order, we will work to quickly turnaround and communicate the proof before production.

You'll see all of the backboard shape and colour options displayed in our custom builder tool. We can cut the acrylic backboard to letter, shape or rectangle/square.

LED neon signs are designed to work safely indoors. If you would like a neon sign that is water resistant, please select this option when building your sign. Please note that there is an extra charge for this option.

LED neon signs last for around 50,000 hours!

All of our signs are covered by a 24 month warranty however, we are confident that your sign will function perfectly for many years to come.

When you confirm your order, we will establish the power requirements for your Country.
This will usually be in the form of a power adapter and an appropriate plug.

All neon signs come with both mounting and hanging kits as standard for easy installation.
