This page outlines our neon sign returns policy, including how we handle faults, replacements and warranty claims. As all signs are made to order, please review the information below before purchasing.

  • PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

    As all of our LED neon signs are custom-made to your specifications, they are non-refundable once production has started.

    We always recommend reviewing your design carefully before confirming your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, our team is happy to help ensure everything is correct.

  • RECEIVING & REPORTING AN ISSUE

    If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

    To help us assess the situation, please provide:

    • Photos AND video of the packaging and product
    • Clear images showing any damage or fault
    • Your order reference
    • A brief description of the issue

      Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • WARRANTY & FAULTY PRODUCTS

    All LED neon signs include a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and LED performance under normal use.

    If your sign develops a fault within this period, please contact us with details and supporting images or video so we can assess and resolve the issue.

    Please note that damage caused after delivery or through incorrect use may not be covered under warranty.

    Neon Now gift cards are non-refundable.

  • RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

    If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with photos or video so we can assess the situation and confirm the next steps.

    If a return is required, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

    All returned items are inspected once received to confirm the issue. If a fault is identified, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

    If no fault is found, the item can be returned to you.

  • RETURNS SHIPPING COSTS

    If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

    If no fault is found and you choose to return the item, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

    As all custom-made signs are non-refundable, returns are only accepted in cases where the product is faulty or damaged.

    For stock items, returns are handled in line with standard consumer rights.
